My 25 minute calls are booked in half hour blocks (every 30 minutes) to give me about 5 minutes in between appointments to prepare for the next call. If you have already scheduled a free consultation or discovery call with me, please call in at your scheduled date and time using the following credentials:

Team Coaching Calls (25 Minute Calls)
If you are part of my team and have scheduled weekly coaching calls with me, please call in at your scheduled date and time each week using the following credentials:

It is your responsibility to call me each week at our scheduled call time using the number and conference code above. Our calls will be 25 minutes long and booked in half hour blocks (every 30 minutes) to give me about 5 minutes in between appointments to prepare for the next call. If you ever need to miss a call, just let me know. As long as I know ahead of time, it’s not a problem. And if your schedule changes and you want to change your scheduled time slot to something more convenient, let me know and we can try to work out something that is a better fit for both of us. If you miss a call without notifying me, I will contact you to see if another time that week is better (if I have availability) to make up the call or if you just want to resume the following week as scheduled. If you miss 2 calls in a row without notifying me in advance, I will give your time slot to the next team member on my waiting list. I record all team coaching calls so you can go back and listen if you need to and not have to worry about taking notes during the call. A link to all our calls and any documents discussed on our calls will be uploaded to a password protected page on our team site that only you and I have access to. That information will be emailed to you.
Client Coaching/Training Calls (50 Minute Calls)
My paying clients will receive special instructions by email. Please look for a message from me in your email inbox. If you use gmail, be sure to check your “Promotions” tab and move my emails to your Primary inbox.
